Service Description

🏠 All Rooms: Remove all dust and fine particles from: Ceilings, walls, baseboards Light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents Outlets, switches, doors, and trim Vacuum and mop floors multiple times to remove construction dust Clean interior windows, tracks, sills Wipe down doors, frames, handles Clean inside closets, shelving, and built-ins Remove labels/stickers from windows, fixtures, and appliances Clean air vents and returns (surface-level only) Remove all leftover construction materials (if agreed upon) Final vacuuming with HEPA-filter vacuums if needed 🍽️ Kitchen: Clean and sanitize all counters and surfaces Dust and wipe inside/outside of cabinets and drawers Clean inside and outside of all appliances (new and installed) Remove stickers and construction residue from appliances Polish stainless steel surfaces Mop and sanitize floor 🚿 Bathrooms: Scrub and sanitize all fixtures (sink, tub, toilet, shower, faucet) Clean tile and grout lines Remove dust from drawers, cabinetry, mirrors Polish mirrors and glass Sanitize floors Remove construction residue from caulking or grout (if needed) 🧴 Additional Detail Tasks: Clean up drywall dust from all surfaces Remove glue, adhesive, paint overspray, or caulking residue (carefully) Clean window frames and glass (interior only unless specified) Remove plastic wraps, stickers, and protective films Final dusting and touch-ups after all work is completed ❌ Not Typically Included (Unless Add-Ons): Exterior cleaning (siding, decks, etc.) Power washing driveways or sidewalks Carpet shampooing or floor waxing HVAC duct cleaning Hauling of large construction debris or junk Furniture cleaning (unless specified)
